- These machines can be winded the yarn to the bobbins for different
purpose. These are generally used for winding the chenille yarn. The
yarn is softly winded to the bobbin with the help of feeding apparatus
(Named as orfid).
- Each motor of the machine is free each other and it works independly
with 1355 r.p.m. Each motor has a power 0,12 kW adjusted with 220 or
380 V AC, 50 Hz electricity.
- In each spindle it can be run up the whole mechanism of the spindle
by only one motor.
- Each spindle has a speed of 450-600 m.p.m.(meters per minute) of
winding according to yarn type. The winding speed will increase little
by little when the start buttom is pressed.
- In each spindle there is a PLC (Programable Logical Cotroller) for
controlling of the length of the winding yarn.
- In each spindle there is a speed controller system. Thus the speed
of the spindle is adjustable according to the yarn type. The speed of
winding can be followed from the digital monitor on the machine for
each spindle.
- Each bobbin spindle has been equiped by optic-reader. Thus the motor
of the machine will automatically stop when the yarn is broken or finished.
- Any motor of the machine will be stopped by means of the stop button
on related part at any time of the winding process if it is desired.
- The shock-absorber system assembled to the metal frame holding the
yarn bobbin will control the stress on the yarn, thus it is realized
the smooth and soft winding.
- Each spindle may have 8" or 10" drum according to customer desired.
The traverse length are almost 8 inches or 10 inches .
- If it is required it can able to produce different retainer for different
cone when the sample of the cone is sent to the firm address.
- The machine has only three spindle. The machine park can be updated
as the tripled groups.
Important Note: The winding machine winds almost every polyester
yarn but certainly not pure one.
