Other Properties
- Each bobbin spindle has a separate motor and it works independly
with 1355 r.p.m. Each motor has a power 0,12 kW adjusted with 220 or
380 V AC, 50 Hz electricity.
- The speed of the yarn guide drum on each spindle will be 1500, 2350
and 3150 r.p.m.by adjusting the belt between two hoops; so that the
yarn will be winded as 450-490 m.p.m. in low speed, 630-670 m.p.m. in
middle speed and 780-820 m.p.m. in high speed according to the yarn
thickness.
- Plastic cone-heading may be changed, to be adjusted for 4.20, 5.20,
5.20 sharp, 5.20 half and 5.57 cone-endings.
- In case of yarn broken or finished, the bobbin will automatically
stop.
- If the yarn bobbin is full or reached to required weight, it will
stop automatically by means of a mechanical crowbar.
- The shears on the waxing apparatus with accessories can be adjusted
mechanically according to yarn thickness.
- Yarn is waxed mechanically in direction of the movement of the yarn.
The waxing apparatus with accessories has twice revolving cylinder for
waxing.
- Each motor has an electronic circuit system for smooth winding.
- Each spindle has a 6" drum. That is why the traverse length in each
yarn bobbin will be almost 6 inches.
- Waxing apparatus, the round weight-disks, the shears, start and stop
buttons was placed on the flat metal platform with an angle.
- The new shears system was produced to control the false or knotted
points in the moving yarn.
- If it is desired, automatic yarn broken controlled system (ID) is
established by setting up optic-reader for each spindle so that each
motor will be stopped automatically when the yarn is broken or finished.
Important Note: The winding machine winds almost every polyester
yarn but certainly not pure one.
